Please use this form to submit a fan sign to a FanSign.Me Sponsor. The FSM$ Points payout chart and rules for submission are below:

The FSM$ Points Payout Chart:

100 points for plain blank fansign pose
150 for couples + blank
175 for 3-9 people + blank
150 for costume + blank
250 for 10 or more people + blank
500 points for a series/set of 6 various poses in different scenes and clothing (same person must be holding the fansign in each, other people in pic is ok)

EARN BONUSES:

15 point bonus for props used
15 point bonus for funny hat
15 point bonus for silly face
50 point bonus for cross dressing
25 point bonus professional (ex: office)
25 point bonus for sexy pose (guys/gals)
* maximum 3 BONUS combinations per submission

THE RULES (yuck):

No more than 3 single submissions or a single series can be accepted per user, per month for now. You can submit more and they may be given points for as budget gets bigger. This amount will go up as the budget grows (points cost me!).

Images must be large and high resolution (at least 1000 pixels on largest side, prefer original file from your digital camera if possible), no blurry or hard to make out webcam or cheap camera photos.

Must be a pose with a completely real blank fan sign (no photoshopping or edited images, I already have 500 "photochops" too many). Prefer large signs (no text), you can use cardboard, poster board, full sheet of paper. Sign in photo must be completely blank and please make sure your hands only cover a small portion (near edges, you have a few inches to spare for fingers). Faked submissions will be mocked!

By submitting your fan signs please be aware that you give our sponsor implied license to use your submitted fan sign for promotional purposes in exchange for FSM$ Points. To submit a fan sign on this form you must be at least 13 years old, but if you are under 18, you should probably ask your parents first!!!
