The following is a brief list of the common problems experienced by users trying to signup for FSM. Also, the recommended solution is posted.

Problem: Invalid username

Solution: A username must be entered that is a single name with no spaces. It can include letters. numbers, and underscores. The username must also not already be in use. When signing up you can specify exactly how you want your name to show up with the appropriate upper or lower case lettering. However, you can log in without using the exact case you signed up with. For example, user123 and USER123 will log in just fine, but if you signed up with User123, that's what will be displayed on your profile.

Problem: Passwords don't match

Solution: The two passwords you enter upon registration must match. Check your CAPS LOCK before trying again.

Problem: Email addresses don't match

Solution: Again, the two email fields must match to complete a proper registration. Instead of copying the first email address try typing it out to make sure you entered it correctly.

Problem: The CAPTCHA is always wrong!

Solution: While we try to use an easy to read CAPTCHA system, sometimes several tries fail. If it takes more than three times please Contact Us.

Problem: Confirmation was never received!

Solution: Try checking your spam filters and spam folders. Add admin (at) fansign.me to your address book. Log into the website with the username and password you registered with. This should send you another confirmation email if your account is unconfirmed. If this still does not solve the problem please Contact Us.
