I've been thinking of just converting this website into a vBulliten forum to boost the activity. I'm thinking more people are used to that kind of interface.

Any comments or suggestions?

I don't think this format is too hard to "get". Best way to bump traffic is to get more sites linking to you or pay a service for advertising.
www.FanSignGenerator.com (make your own fake fansigns online) needs some blank fan signs donated, your image will become a Web 2.0 online application where people can add/change the text themselves!
