www.SillyWebcam.com is one of my sites and I have a page on www.sillywebcam.com/tools/virtual-photobooth.htm where you can take photo shots of yourself with your webcam and save the image to your PC! Handy way to grab some headshots of make some quick fansigns without needing any software installed (runs from webpage, web based application)

There's also webcam software (some freeware) on www.sillywebcam.com/record-webcam.htm that will allow you to record videos or take still photgraphs with web cammeras.
www.FanSignGenerator.com (make your own fake fansigns online) needs some blank fan signs donated, your image will become a Web 2.0 online application where people can add/change the text themselves!
