I think it's fake (hope it is too). That tape one person saw I think is a photochop editor mishap. I have seen many fake ones and there are even web sites that let you make fake ones like on txt2pic.com so becareful when trading. You do not want to put in a bunch of artsy work in return for a rip of fake!

BTW, my profile image is fake and I have set up hundreds of such fake fan sign maker tools, so trust me...
www.FanSignGenerator.com (make your own fake fansigns online) needs some blank fan signs donated, your image will become a Web 2.0 online application where people can add/change the text themselves!
